I will always remember Blair's mischievous smile and cheeky grin. He had great plans and was especially keen to visit China. The irony was Blair's life personified art. His enthusiasm and ebullience for art made it come alive with contagious energy; that art should not be something that (a)trophies in museums, people queueing for hours in line even having credit-card booked months in advance for blockbusters. Blair made art come alive, organic, growing, real and urgent; not just a commodity, the "window shopping" effect of visiting galleries.
